I see you've found our hole in the wall! Either we told you to come here or you have come here for a reason, am I correct?! Well, to tell you a little about ourselves, we are the basic, what you would call, the "Generation X" of society. But we are "Generation Christ." We do not represent the so called "lost" generation, but the "Born Again" one. We live for God, we love for God, we praise the Lord for His many blessings. We are a male and a female, both in our 20's and live in Maryland, which is on the East Coast of the USA, for all of those who are not in North America. Our names are Summer and Jesse. Obviously, Summer is the female one ;) She is originally from California, and will go back there, even if she has to fight to do so :) And Jesse was born and raised in Maryland (poor boy), and will end up moving to California with her. CALI OR BUST!!

We're both in college. Summer is pursuing her BA in Hotel/Restaurant Management, along with Wedding Consultation, and with a minor in Child Psychology. Jesse is pursing his BA in Web Design, which he has done a GREAT job with this, and a minor in Computer Graphics and Business Management. He also has a small time business, designing webpages [which you'll see his logo on the bottom of the page]. But we're not trying to sell anything, so therefore enough of that *L*

This page is basically a tribute to Ernest Grover Lockhart Jr. and Walter Bailey Downs. Which is Summers dad and Jesse's grandpa, who have joined our Heavenly Father and are waiting for the Rapture to take place so that they may once again be joined. We love you guys!!!!

Christians in the West are helping the victims of the 17-year-old civil war in Sudan. According to Voice of the Martyrs' Todd Neddleton, they're encouraging people to get involved with the Blanks of Love program. "What we're doing is collecting blankets to take over to Christian families in south Sudan who have been displaced by the war and the famine and the trouble. You don't realize what a difference a blanket can make to a family that left literally everything and ran. And so, we're asking people in America to donate a blanket and to donate $2 to help us get the blanket over to south Sudan." Neddleton says this program not only gives these families physical warmth, but it gives Sudanese churches, who are delivering the blankets, an opportunity to share the Gospel with those who are hurting physically and spiritually. |
